Payment Methods Terms & Conditions
We accept Stripe for Credit Cards, Bank Electronic Funds Transfer, PAYPAL and Invoice Gateway.
Invoice Gateway allows you to place your order and receive an invoice via email, to be paid prior to our warehouse dispatching, if your company does not have an account.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
Please note all freight includes packaging and handling costs.
Most items listed are stocked, improving product handling times.
We can provide same day dispatch on a single box or package orders, when payment is received before 11 am, large orders that require pallets, will be dispatched the next business day after payment.
The general estimated time of arrival is 2-7 business days after full payment is received, to any domestic destination, but this depends on the route of Couriers. More time is required for remote and regional areas. Note that we will always strive our very best to dispatch item/s ordered as soon as full payment has been received into our account.
Please keep in mind, there may be delivery delays because of COVID-19.
Our freight service provider DOES NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an actual business address, to avoid any delays in shipment.
Please Note: Until full payment has been received into our account, any goods ordered will not be dispatched under any circumstance.
Returns Terms & Conditions
We inspect and pack our products, to the highest standard for our products. In rare situations, products can be damaged due to transportation. In the unfortunate situation, products are damaged during transportation, subject to satisfactory confirmation as set out below, we can provide REPLACEMENT on all damaged products on arrival, at no cost to the customer. We will manage any product damage through transportation with our Freight Company.
In cases of damaged goods, photo proof for verification is required and mandatory. We reserve the right to review our Freight Company’s report and inspect the goods before replacement is agreed.
In case of damaged goods, please contact us immediately on 1300 719 024 have available detailed information of the damage, invoice number and any additional information relevant to your claim.

Placing Orders & Delivery Terms & Conditions
The products listed on this Website constitute an invitation to treat and is not capable of acceptance by you. Any order made by you will be deemed to be an offer made by you to purchase the relevant products or services subject to these Terms.
The prices of products, delivery and any other charges shown are in Australian dollars and include any applicable Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). You must pay for the order in full at the time of ordering by one of the payment methods we accept on the Website before dispatch of the products. A contract between us for the purchase of the products is formed when full payment is received.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email from us. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your order, but we cannot guarantee firm delivery dates or times. Delivery times indicated on the Website are indicative only.
